good features but ok quality
I got this backpack as I am a frequent traveller. As I have a past experience of being a victim of pickpocket, I am always wary of my belongings. When I travel I used a small lock for my backpack zippers which was very inconvenient when I wanted to quickly reach out for my phone or purse. This backpack will save me from the inconvenience and also put my mind on peace. It has a security hook and also the small pouch becomes a shoulder bag.However I am giving 3 stars as the quality of the backpack itself (without the anti theft features) is just like any other £20 backpacks.

Excellent anti theft bag
I had a bobbypack anti theft backpack but found it too heavy, it had too much padding. Pacsafe had good reviews so I purchased this product. It is much lighter and I like the fact that you can detach the smaller bag.

Packaged incorrectly
Although the bag was described, the strap had been folded so contained a kink in the foam which I was not happy with. The item did arrive quickly and a return was accepted without issue.
