Perfect teapot, used daily
Pours perfectly, but the spout is quite delicate and easy to chip unlike the rest of the glass which feels sturdy and has tolerated a few bumps. All the glass has rounded edges so very comfortable to use and clean. Holds heat well and I’ve been using it daily with a candle warmer, the handle stays cool when used this way. Large opening so easy to clean. The lid has to fit both the teapot and the slightly smaller strainer, so the lid is a little loose when used without the strainer. There aren’t many gaps in the strainer so it’s easy to block when using larger leaf tea, and the tea strainer gets very hot so can be awkward to remove. Highly recommended, I love this teapot

Pretty tea pot but flowers isn't as pictured but still good
I brought this after hearing about it from a friend and the tea pot was rather pretty and doesn't leak and easy to clean and arrived in good condition and I also use it for lose tea although the flower doesn't look like the pictures it's still pretty

Excellent product
A fully glass teapot very convenient to use and wash. Huge volume of 1.2L despite fairly compact appearance.

The lid cracked and broke spontaneously after 6 months
We enjoyed using this teapot. It was light and basically an attractive shape. We used it for black tea rather than any special infusions. We did find that the small slots in the filter cylinder became blocked with tea leaves and we had to buy a special fine brush to help us remove them each time. However, overall we thought it was worth the bother.Unfortunately, after six months the lit cracked spontaneously and after a further two weeks of using the teapot, a piece of the lid fell out, rendering the teapot useless. We always thought the glass had seemed rather light and flimsy, not the thickness of normal laboratory glass. So now it's gone in the bin and we won't bother to replace it.

Beautiful and practical
I am really pleased with this teapot overall. It holds a large amount but it does feel like the space is wasted slightly as you can’t fill it up or it will fill up the spout.I had wanted to use it on the stovetop which I did on a medium setting but wasn’t brave enough to do it any higher and it took forever to get hot enough, but it’s good to keep warm or reheat. It looks really lovely and the insert work great. It feels strong too and the handle stays cooler, shame the lid doesn’t too. Overall really good and I enjoy using it!

Exquisite
Bought this as a Christmas gift to myself and I adore it. Decent capacity if you have company but just as nice to brew a few cups for yourself.

Great pourer!
It looks really beautiful and is the best pouring teapot I’ve ever had, no drips at all! However as with any teapot it’s tricky to clean the inside of the spout and that’s more obvious with it being glass. Highly recommended.
