Nostalgie Sketch Book 190g/m², Drawing Notebook, A5, Portrait, 40 fls

This has become my favorite sketchbook for daily drawings. Perfect size for single page or double page spreads. Lays pretty flat with binder clips; smooth surface is lovely for pen and ink and will hold a decent amount of wet media (watercolor). Paper is thick enough that there is no bleed through or buckling. All in all, perfection!

These pages are actually thick enough that 99.9% of materials I've used really don't show through the back of the page which is very nice. Pages are smooth and nice to draw on

I first got this book in a art book by Jazza and OMG I have completely fallen in love with this brand. The paper can hold watercolor, Copic markers, Spectrum Noir markers, even posco paint marker. It hold so much without bleeding into the next pages. It’s completely worth your money.. This is a brand I will be buying from now on.

This is a portrait orientation, which is what I wanted and hoped for when I read the description although the picture is of a landscape sketchbook. I read the reviews down below and saw pictures from other customers showing portrait, so I decided to buy it. I like it very much, I only use watercolor, pens, Fountain pens and pencils. You can do light washes of watercolor, but I would not go heavy on the water. You can see a very faint showing on the backside, but not much. I think I’m going to really enjoy the sketchbook. There are 80 pages to the sketchbook, and has a smooth texture.

I got this sketchbook to do some marker art. I did light strokes, not even any layers, on the first page to test it. It unfortunately bleeds quite a bit, it would probably be even worse if I actually did any blending. Not sure how others are claiming this sketchbook doesn't bleed but I guess I will have to keep looking. I am going to double page this one for now.

I received book that does not match the description. Picture from the description shows horizontal book, but I received a vertical one.

La description parle d'un carnet de croquis format portrait, la photo est celle d'un carnet de croquis format paysage... et le produit est en fait un bloc de feuilles...

I bought this sketchbook especially for the thick paper and the promise of no bleed through. First time drawing in it and using markers and it bleeds right through the page making half the pages unusable. Very disappointed.
