does it work with alexa?

This device does not work at all please do not waste your money. I was not even able to listen to one complete song with this device. On a two hour car ride it only played 30 seconds or so of my US V before it started picking up other radio stations and was unable to connect to any of the static stations. This device is not nearly powerful enough to continuously broadcast over and unused radio frequency.

Do you need 5g phone?

We recommend you take the following steps. a.Please plug the FM transmitter into your vehicle's cigarette socket b.Turn on the bluetooth function of mobile phone, searh new device name"HK401H",Click it to pair.(some device need to enter the PNK number, please using the original password"0000" ) c.Turn on car rad ioand pick up an empty FM frequency which totally have no radio station for connection(like 108 Mhz), to avoid interfering. d.Then,long press "Answer call" button,the frequency number blink,then rotate the "Answer call" button to match the same frequency.
