would this 3000w be as efficient as the 2000w inverter on the same battery bank to run a coffee machine (1600w max for example) ?

I works kettle 3.300 watts and am very pleased the way it works the only thing is remote lead dose not come with it

If I were you I’d use a smaller kettle ie. 2kw or 2.5kw. As for the washing machine that’s a different issue as the motor is an inductive load so you need to see the power rating of the motor and then multiply that wattage by eight as on turn on the motor will spike high plus you need to look at the heating element. I suspect that the 3kw inverter will not run a washing machine. Kind regards, Martyn

This inverter has a constant use loading of 3000 watts, Why does it state it has an overload shut off of 1500watts in the spcifications?

Overload shut off is 3100 Watts.

I have low voltage cut off switch in between wires to the battery, will it auto start if the wires are reconnected or do you have to manually restart?

You will manually have to restart the inverter.
