Nice but too small for anything practical.
Better for very small children who may want to emulate their older siblings though there is no real NEED for backpack. The depth is very shallow and does not allow for anything larger than maybe a coloring book or thin reading books to be carried.

Just big enough!!
We bought these bags 6 months ago and they are perfect size for our little girls!! They have proven to be durable also!! Just perfect for a little lunch, change of clothes and a few diapers for a day outing!
