Great for topping your latte. The pieces are big, so you must grind or crumble them to top your drink. If you are buying to make tea then it's perfect.

So .. I got it yesterday and was opening the seeds and found that some of them had mold inside .. Im not to happy aboit that I looked into a return but it wont let me .. I really wanted the rosehip. I would rather just get an exchange if possible??
