I bought this and if I could have figured out how to get it to work right I would sing praises for this very affordable dash dvr cam. It has great picture, has a strong suction cup so it can be placed where ever you like, it has so many extras that makes it a good buy if only it came with better instructions and hardly any are in English. You need to have the right mini card that is a class 10. I couldn't ever get it to take pics or play back any of the videos so that pretty much made it useless. I reached out to the seller in hopes of getting answers on how to make it work and I received a email back from the seller saying they would send me a replacement for free since this one seems defective or maybe its me that's defective since I couldn't figure it out but i still expected and needed some help explaining how to get it to work and they never answered any questions but were quick to send me a new one exactly the same. The seller would reply back again I believe if I was to email asking for help but honestly I bought a different dual dash cam with back up cam and touch screen front cam for a great price on here so I hope this helps anyone. If you are good with cameras you could probably get it tom work easily.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Had to buy a separate memory card, and the manuals were translated poorly, but the pictures in the instructions made installation very easy. It's such a comfort to know that I have this in the car. Picture quality is adjustable in the menu. G-force sensors can detect if the car is in an accident and locks footage in so it won't be covered up by a loop.

Its not to bad for a $20 dash cam. Not the best at night.

Returning Item, installed a new micro SD and it gave an error unsure why, the instructions are not in "English" so to say. Its worth to pay a little more than to have to waste time repacking and going to a site for shipping in back.

I'm giving the product five stars, however, please note I ordered this item originally at a reduced price of £19.99 at the end of October 2017. I was given a delivery date of several days but this increased to over a week, then involuntarily the order was cancelled and refunded (not at my request) citing problems with the delivery (I chose an Amazon Locker, and learned the vendor/supplier was in Shenzhen, China). In this time the price had increased, but I reordered as it was still showing 'in stock' at the start of November 2017 and the reviews of the product were favourable for this type of product. Remarkably, my second order was processed without hesitation and delivered within TWO days from the SAME supplier! I feel the 'delay' then subsequent cancellation and refund by Amazon the first time for this item was to get the increased price deal instead of honouring the lower price advertised originally. Not impressed.The dash cam is light and fits in one hand easily, it's packaged well, comes with a USB cable and car charging adapter, suction holder and tools to help you install it in your vehicle. The user manual isn't the best so I'd advise a bit of trial and error by using the device to learn how it works instead. The buttons are placed at the side and top so ergonomically and usability it takes some getting used to. However, the slot for the micro SD card (purchased separately) does need a nimble finger to get to.The video quality is very good. I used it during dusk and night and the images were clear, particularly when stationary with registration plates and signs legible. When you're driving in dark conditions, the camera does well to pick up as much detail as it can. The device feels well built and for the price (despite the increase levied due to the supposed 'delivery issue') it's not bad when you look at the much higher costs for dash cams that do the same thing. There's a microphone and speaker, and will easily fit into your glovebox.

So far so good although I haven’t read the instructions which are somewhat written in pigeon English. The camera comes in a very high quality box and is very attractive and robust looking with a bright screen and good window attachment. There’s what looks like an adapter to put the memory card into to read it through your pc usb slot but no mention of it in the limited instruction manual. Don’t see why they can’t find a good translator in China given there are 7 billion people to choose from. This was the only down side to a great looking product.Had to adjust review as the window sucker split which seems to be a fault on this product. Trying to replace but I’m not sure if they can replace as decent camera otherwise

Good solid camera. However, trying to hide the cable from camera to lighter socket was a complete nightmare. The cable is so thick you could moor a ship with it!! Plus the fact that it’s white in colour so anything that you can’t hide really shows up against a black dashboard. Not being able to hide the cable I thought about blue tack to keep it in place but it looked really(wait for it) tacky!! The screen on the camera was really dark even in daylight. You couldn’t determine anything on it. Really disappointed because the camera and the attachment to the windscreen is really top notch. I’ve sent it back mainly because of the white cablin and the fact that it’s too thick to hide in the roof lining.

2nd dash cam i have had, got this in a black friday deal, my old cam cost me £60 this is better and cost £23, bigger screen a lot better viewing angle 170 deg so catches way more of the road in front, easy to setup.nice feature is the little clips that come with it, they can stick to your screen and you clip the cable in them helps when your trying to route it.down side its white and stands out a mile on the screen because of that, i leave it in all the time the last cam was black and blended in better, also the cable is white and as most dash boards are black like mine it also stands out a mile.

The camera itself is fantastic, what lets it down is the mount, both my brother and myself brought this and within 6 months the suction mounts split meaning it couldn't be attached to the windscreen, what makes it even worse is with out the mount you can't charge the camera meaning due to a split mount a perfectly good camera has to go in the bin, it's an atrocious design.DO NOT BUY.
