A palatable snack with 20g high quality protein.
These bars are a longstanding favourite of mine. They have a pleasant taste and texture and are sweetened with glucose rather than artificial sweeteners (making them less likely to cause "digestive issues") and whereas many bars that claim "20% protein" include lower quality protein sources such as collagen, gelatin and soy in this figure, Zipvit state that all the protein in their protein bars is whey, making them a good choice if muscle protein synthesis is your aim. I've always found the service from Zipvit to be excellent.
