Love this so much. Works better than Tums or Gaviscon but all natural. Chew and drink with a full glass of water for best results. Has a black liquorish taste so easy to chew and swallow.

Does the trick and easy to chew

My doctor recommended DGL when experiencing nausea and I believe they work. I don't like licorice, but for some reason, I can stomach these chewables.

I've tried a hundred different things for multiple issues with my digestive system, and these are surprisingly the most soothing of them all. Not just for heartburn, they really help me with IBS symptoms as well. The taste is very strong if chew them. I recommend sucking on them like a cough drop. Don't hesitate to try.

If you dont like black licorice, do not buy the chewable DGL. Totally tastes like black licorice, unlike some of the reviews said.

I have purchased this item many times with good results. The tablets taste good and seem to work. However, with this latest bottle of 180, all of the tablets were rancid! I tried picking out from different parts of the container, but they were all bad; I would consider them rancid. The expiration date wasn’t until December 2028. My stomach hurt and I had a terrible taste in my mouth and could not get past that. I coughed it up each time. I don’t know how or why this bottle was bad and I am not going to order any others of this brand. No returns of food products.
