I ordered the first one and plugged it in and nothing but the hazard lights came on and wouldn’t turn off so I figured bad head unit so sent it back and received a “new one” looks like they sent me one that was sent back broken screws in the mounting bracket used panel popper smh just a bad experience! And to add to it all my dash lights are on 🤦🏽‍♂️

Everything is plug and play, can't mess up the wiring as the harnesses only fit one way and the appropriate sizes. No real instructions but just check out youtube videos on how to take apart dash and console. Worked with my existing factory backup camera and A/C controls on the screen, except it is in Celsius, no biggie. There is a protocol screen to adjust and tweak some stuff but tech support from seller is prompt and even emailed me updated firmware to load on. I am running a custom launcher from the google play store and how it is pictured in my uploaded photo for this review. Google maps is slow, despite downloading offline maps and a fast hot spot connection. I recommend just using the android auto connection to get snappier navigation from maps. Overall, for the price, I recommend.

Audio works, Bluetooth always works. Android auto/apple play I have to disconnect Bluetooth multiple times until it displays. Climate controls work but don't display on the screen so it's like a guessing game when hitting the mode button and feeling which vents the air comes out. Dual climate control is just the knobs on it for heat/ac. Poor fitment also, the mounting tabs on top I had to add washers until it was flush with the dash but even then it didn't line up with the center vent for the air properly. As far as sound quality it's alright, I ended up bypassing the oem audio system and ran a amp for my door speakers and a amp for my subs. Rca outputs work well. Make sure your radio bass midrange etc is all set to 0 before you install bc radio will be set to those presets after you install with no way to change, it is factory integration not it's own

The unit arrived on time, but the lack of any installation instructions was somewhat disappointing. For the most part the connections are plug and play but the mounting hardware assembly could use instruction and proper hardware. The sound quality isn't bad but the radio reception is pitiful. I had no problems with radio reception with the factory Lexus radio but this one seem to need to be right on top of the station for reception. And the AC controls are in Celsius with no apparent way to change them to Fahrenheit. Also on the Nav app it has a setting for Imperial US but the speed always shows up in Kilometers. Works as expected but if you're looking for perfect put out the bucks and buy a factory unit.

I had quite a few questions to ask and they answered them all promptly and throughly. Would buy again!

The hardware for the mounts that come with the product don't even fit.

Horrible just horrible came in used, beat up, didn’t even have instructions don’t recommend for no one save you time and money…

No instructions on how to install ?! It's crazy trying to figure out where all the wires go , you type in what vehicle you have so you get the right touch screen why isn't there instructions , on top of that the touch screen never came on after the time it took trying to figure everything out,i sent it back got refund , definitely look for other ones that have installation instructions . Before buying
