i love these insoles, i've been using for a few months now, they are very comfortable

I bought these on my physicians advice to help with metatarsalgia…they didn’t help. However, the frustrating part is I ruined a fairly new pair of shoes as you have to heat these up and put them in your shoe and wear them to mold to your foot, they also bonded to the shoe and I cannot remove them.

I have had trouble with my feet for years. I usually have to wear special hiking boots when I am going to be on my feet for extended periods of time, especially on hard surfaces. I bought these to put in my running shoes for a trip to Italy- cobblestone streets, walking for hours while sight seeing. They were fantastic! I had no problems with my feet at all! I highly recommend these, and I wish I could give them 10 stars!

These are IDENTICAL to the custom orthotics from my foot doc. Work just like them, and so, so much cheaper. I can buy a couple pairs for multiple shoes and STILL not spend as much as I did on that 1 pair.

I work on concrete 10 hours a day put these in my Georgia Romeos and ware all day long
