Used this in Mexico where it was about 35c, soaked it in cold water in the morning and kept the insulin cool all day and night, very useful for anyone travelling anywhere hot.

The best insulin cooling system I know of
I have used this product for probably 15 years, replacing the products occasionally. I have so far not found a better product for an active lifestyle. It has been with me on worldwide trips climbing and walking, camping.

Frio Insulin Cooling wallet
Wallet will easily hold 2 insulin pens, read previous reviews and have a son traveling to Uganda. Ideal that these are activated with cold water as electricity supply is sporadic, making these the perfect alternative.

Used when going to Spain - perfect for using whilst travelling & also whilst over there to keep insulin at cool temperature.Hadn't used before, but so glad I got this - also bought a double one for other pen & keeping insulin vials in.Definitely recommend

Wasn't impressed.
This only stayed cold for around an hour, after a 6 hour fight my medication was warm.
