Tremendous in relieving my Restless leg syndrome

I purchased this item on impulse. But I use it for my feet. The scent is very light and refreshing it does soften the skin so put your socks on after you place it on your feet white socks. I mainly use it after I take a bath when it’s time for bed. The quality of the lotion is very soft it is not greasy at all I kind of like this

I purchased this magnesium cream because my daughter said it would help me fall asleep......well, after using it for several weeks now......it does help you fall asleep, BUT I have found since using it that it helps with falling asleep but I don't sleep nearly as long, it's like I wake up earlier than ever before. It's like it works for so long and then not, and not being it wakes me up. I don't understand, but when I do not use it, I sleep longer and don't have the all of a sudden I'm awake feeling like I have using this cream. It helps, but it doesn't--I guess you have to decide which is worse.....more sleep is better for me, So I'm only going to use this when I need to fall asleep fast and have to get up very early!!!! I had hoped it would really help for everyday use, but not as much as I wanted it to.

This works. My nerve damage is under control. I don't have to use the cream every night. I'm sleeping better. The product is silky.

The sub par review is strictly for the efficiency of the product. The purchasing, packaging and shipping was as described.I’ve been using magnesium creams for years for muscle tightness, aching feet etc. My regular fav cream, Mo Maggie, has been very hard to get on Amazon. Going by reviews, this cream had quite a few good reviews, I thought I’d give it a try. It might be a nice moisturizer, at best, but there is zero pain relief. ZERO!Most mag creams also have at least a slight peppery tingle.- it’s just the nature of it- but this had none. Even the creams that advertise “no tingle” still have some kind of tingle. Creams that mix in lidocaine, also still have a tingle.Magnesium creams typically yield a very quick relaxation of a muscle knot/stiffness. Literally, 20 seconds and your muscle knot will relax. Sadly, this didn’t do a darn thing.Consistency is lumpy- slightly gritty. Takes forever to absorb. It just sits on your skin.For me it was a total bust and waste of $. 😑Sigh….. and of course, no return policy. Double sigh…..If you can wait a week for shipping, look up Mo Maggie. It truly is the best.Lesson learned.
