What type of stainless steel are they made of? I've read in the reveiws that their magnetic and they rust.

I have the black and the white handled scissors. While they attract to a magnet, they are not magnetic themselves. I use mine in the house for my beading with mono and braided filament lines, i don't know about rusting.

What are the dimensions?

From tip of blades to end of handle is 5 3/8", the blades them selves are 2", the thumb hole opening is 1 1/16", the finger opening is 1 3/4", the handle width is 2 11/16". Hope that helps.
