Brought this for my newborn and very effective. The nail cutter is easy to grip onto and cuts soft baby nails well. I use the tweezer too for removing dried snot from my babys nose with vigilance. Very easy to use and defo recommend this set for the nail clipper and plastic tweezers.

After endless research on infant grooming kits and a few different purchases, this is the one that best fits my needs. Convenient organization is an added plus. I'm was very apprehensive about cutting my baby's nails so the initial appeal was the crystal nail file. The emory boards I previously used shortened but still left the nails sharp. After about 2 wks of filing (3x weekly) with the solave file, I braved using the clippers. It was SO easy. The shape and handle fit my fingers and easily snipped baby's toenails and fingernails. I loved it so much I purchased another set for my 4yr old niece and I plan to use it when we visit.

With all of the newborn/baby grooming sets out there it's hard to pick one that will be useful but also isn't full of junk that will take up space. I found this product to meet all of our basic grooming needs for our newborn, while being easy to store, and taking up little space. The packaging is surprisingly durable, and good at keeping all of the items together. Overall this is a great product and I am happy with my purchase.

I think this is one of the cutest designs and colors for a baby nail care kit.My only complaint is that a couple of places on the plastic were very sharp where you can tell they weren't smoothed down after production. Fortunately, I was able to use the included nail file to smooth down the sharp edges.

The product is missing an item it lists on the side of the box. It says it includes Safety Nail Scissors. It did not. Instead, it included a cheap plastic comb that has no use to us. Very disappointed as we needed nail scissors.

I use the nail clippers and file far more than the other components, but for those two items alone, this little "egg" is so worth it! These are the best clippers for baby nails that I have used, and the file is a great tool for any little rough edges that are too close to the skin for clipping.

I clipped my babies little finger with this 3 times. It's impossible to see what you are doing. I really like the file and scissors though. The packaging is cute but get a nail frida for your babies nails!!!!

The scissors are so much easier (and effective) for trimming my newborn's fingernails!! Finally she won't be scratching her face constantly And I don't need to worry about accidentally clipping her skin!The scissors are of excellent quality, no space between the blades and sharp enough to get their job done. The glass nail file is also a huge improvement over the cardboard files we had been using!

Baby Shower gift for one of the newest girls in the family!!!Cute packaging and I love the egg shaped designed to keep your tools when you need to swipe the claws that scratch.Only minus would be is to make sure the top stays on since it was taped on one side I know it won't stay on.

I like the kit, but I bought it because it listed nail scissors, among other things, and instead of nail scissors it had a comb (?). My baby hardly has hair so not really useful to me since I bought it for the scissors that weren't there.

I love how small and compact this is. I really only use the comb and clippers, which is why I bought this. I didn't need a whole tool set. This is perfect.

A good quality product. We didn't really know what we needed but this has worked out nicely. I like the case so I can carry between rooms easily and it's light and the fingernail clippers and file are all we've used so far but they work great!

This product is miniature. The clippers, comb, are too small to use with adult hands. I know it's for a baby so it should be smaller than typical clippers and combs, but do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks and buy the Safety First kit which is of a reasonable size.

It's a very nice set, but the lid is only pressure fit, so probably not great for in the diaper bag. The file is too gentle and took forever to get the nails down the one time I tried it so I returned it. It's a very pretty and nicely made set though.

Love the nail clippers that came with this. As you clip baby's nails, it stores the nail clippings inside so it doesn't become a huge scattered mess. Definitely recommend with the little ones.
