Don’t be stupid like me…
At first, it was really spotty and needed to be rotated and have continuous tension to hold it in the one exact sweet spot for it to connect everything right or the mic wouldn’t work and half the audio would cut out. I was really frustrated until I realized I was the one being stupid - I didn’t realize I hadn’t seated it in all the way. It took more force than expected to fully jam the headphone end in there but after that initial struggle it connects and disconnects easier now. And now I can rotate it in the socket and the connection is solid and stable, not even a crackle. So if it’s acting touchy with only one spot that seems to connect right, maybe double check it’s fully seated in the socket and use a tad more strength than expected. Now that I figured out my issue, it works fantastic!! Great sound and mic transference, nice and clear with no crackles even when it’s moved around or rotated in the socket. And it fits nice and snug in the connecting socket so it won’t easily slip out when jostled or lightly tugged. Love it!

Perfect
This works perfectly. The connections are sturdy and the wires are robust enough not to be damaged easily

Works as it Should but Connection is Sensitive
I decided to purchase this after the splitter for my Razer headset broke off. I plugged it in and it works like it is supposed to. However, there are times where the audio sounds off and I realized it's because of the connection just being out by a tiny bit. This cable also not being very long to begin with doesn't help. I still recommend this for those that need a new cable but just know it is sensitive and not very long. If you need good length, I recommend finding an extender or another product.

Nothing negative about this
Returned the item, did not work for my needs. I do not believe the issue was this item, but rather more related to my other hardware device setup.

Works great until it doesn't
It feels durable, looks sleek, and works as intended...until it doesn't. The cable only lasted me 6 months before the sound started only working in one ear and needing constant adjustment to make it work in both. The cable braid is still intact, it's the internal wire or jack that has stopped functioning as intended. This is a quality issue considering I basically never touch or unplug the cable and it just sits in my computer all day, but still only lasted 6 months.
