Both (for taps, faucet & tiles) the stain cleaners work wonderfully.. The faucet cleaner worked in one go for stains deposited in last few month. Tiles cleaner had a tough job as we have anti-skid tiles which inherently have minute groves which collected water scales removed by this cleaner. So after rinsing the floor with water a through cleaning with any soap solution (harpic red in our case) did the job.A problem to report to the manufacturers is that when spraying on floor, the bottle is slanted parallel to floor and hence the suction pipe inside bottle is not dipped in solution and therefore does not spray the liquid properly. You need to have a solution for this. Otherwise a great product.

Waste of Money. Did nothing for my taps. Don't buy it. I regret my purchase. Its non refundable, think twice before buying.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:First of all those wipes are useless. May be for daily use it's ok but once hard stains are there then of no useSecondly mirror cleaning is good but for hard stains you will have to apply again in subsequent days for results. Tap cleaner is very good. Thirdly apart from gloves wear mask and eye protection. The spray will go to your face and clothes. Switch on the bathroom exhaust as there will be fumes. Wear full clothes and take a bath immediately after. The product definitely smells like acid.

This is very gentle and good for slight stains , brings back shine on water taps or fittings. Not so effective for hard scales or older stains.

I was so skeptical to buy this but my instinct said give it a try.my new rented house had a bathroom in a bad condition.I wanted something which is tough on salt water stains and to my surprise this worked so well .all the pipes and tiles came out shining like new.for me they are saviours.i bought the combo and all my problems got solved.

I wish I had taken the pictures before I cleaned the tap and sink. The sink and platform was covered with hard water stains all over. The tap too has whitish deposits all over. I had to use the solutions 3 times and its just as good as new. I wish I had known about this product earlier. Very effective and quick to use.

waste of money ,only wipes are working good
