Q: I don't understand what I am doing wrong? I believe they are fully charged but they beep in my ear. there are no lights on the outside of the case

I had this happen once. Make sure both earplugs light up in the case individually. Click it in and out until they both light briefly. They won’t stay on but it means it’s connected. Then plug in until all the lights on the outside of the case are lit. This means it’s fully charged. Hope this helps.
