Fidgety and not worth the current high price (also arrived it used condition)
Pros:Decent value when this was ~£120.Excellent porch space for bad weather cookingGood ventilationGood wind resistance and fairly sturdyRemove the bulky carry bags and can shave away 100g+ in weightStealthy (although the one I was shipped out was cactus green, I would have preferred the dark moss colour that is in the product display.Cons:Too heavy for the current price class (£160, 40 quid more gets you a Vango tent that is 0.4kg+ lighterSlow to setup compared to similar tents due to the awkward angles needed for the end poles, also very hard to get good tension when setup on uneven ground (Wild Country Coshee for example is much easier)Narrow and low interior due to large porch size (no chance of sitting up in at 6ft height).I ended up returning mine because I received a used product that had muck and grass on the pegs and guide lines, down feathers stuck in the mesh and grass stains on the inner fly. Probably bad luck but if a manufacturer is going to re-sell used tents they need to do a much better job returning it to 'like new' condition.

Compact and light.
If space and weight are your biggest concern, this is the tent to get. Ideal for bike packing and hiking trips. Only downside is the door opening which does not roll away, so is difficult to get in and out of the tent without getting wet by brushing past the outer.

Light weight, quick setup but very brief instructions
Very light weight tent at only 1.5kgsThe setup is very simple but the instructions, on the tent bag, are a little too brief as they don't tell you what to do with the two short poles and it took me a while to work out that the short poles are inserted at the ends into a little red tab on the long ground tape after you peg it out and before you peg out the first guy lines. The outer and inner pitches together (helpful in the rain) but the order you set it up makes a difference as to how straight and tight it is so practice before you take it away.Once up, the size is 1 person, I am 6ft tall and have enough room but if you are over 6ft6in I would say your feet and head would be crowded by the ends. The side entry is easier than end entry types and while small, the space beside the inner tent is large enough for a ruck sack. The inner doornis full length and half mesh and rolls to the floor, the outer door can be clipped open so it doesn't flap about.Pole location could be a little more secure but all in all, a well thought out tent.

Light and small
I bought this as a light tent that doesn't break the bank. I have used an Aztec Equina Solo for a few years for kayak camping around the coast and must say it has been great and is self standing (I use it without pegs if it is not too windy).Feedback from first few nights in the Zephyros 1:GOOD: It is very quick to erect (5 mins?) and has good storage within the fly area. It packs down fast and is light and small.I expect it will stand up well to wind and rain if well pegged but not had this experience.NOT SO GOOD: Needs guylines to stand up so best on grassy earthy terrain. On beaches it needs big stones to chock the pegs which are light and strong but painful on hands to push in or pull out (use another peg as a tool). It builds condensation inside the fly, from ground and body as there is no vent near the top. It is worst on grass and not easy to dry, especially if the inner is attached, so loses one benefit. If you are in a hurry and pack damp it is heavier so loses another benefit. The door height is fairly low so you get wet hair when you get out in the morning. If you look at similar designs they tend to have a vent near the apex!Other than these irritations it is good so far.

It is very easy to put up
It took me some time to pick up this tent from among other one man tents. Only used it twice so far but I can say it is totally worth the money. Lasted really rainy night at the beach and I never got any rain in, also did not notice any condensation in the morning. Then I went camping in scottish mountains on very boggy ground and the tent survived both that and extremely strong wind throughout the night - single pole managed to stand the wind force no problem. It is very easy to put up, very straightforward to fold and hide back in the bag. It is pretty lightweight( I did not get the lighter version because of the price obviously - but I am still very pleased how light it is) and fits in my 35l rucksackI am short 5.3 so I have lots of room to sit inside and plenty to place my sleeping mat and few extra bits(but I saw a video of a bigger guy that admitted he was very comfortable in this tent too). The porch is great - after leaving my boots and rucksack there was still room for something. Would definetly recommend(on the photo you can see I did not use those small poles to support the end of the tent - did not take them to reduce the weight but I think they are handy to stretch the tent better)

Brilliant little tent!
Brilliant little tent! Quick and easy to pitch even in strong winds. It's kept me warm and dry for 12 nights on the SW coast path in September. The side porch is a great advantage when you're old and aching and don't know how to stand up in the morning, and the ventilation areas at each end give extra space for things like drying boots. There's always a trade off for light weight, so make sure that the door isn't facing the wind when you pitch up, or you'll get a bit more ventilation than you really want. Holding the door open on the outer tent is a challenge - I used a piece of string, but didn't have much weather hot enough to want it to stay open. The pegs don't cope with stony ground, but that's another trade off against weight. Even pitching on sodden ground the groundsheet coped, but it did get wet inside when it was rolled up wet.

Good tent but poor door arrangements.
I have not used my tent yet so difficult to write a review. But have pitched it in my garden to check over. Initial inspection is good apart from the door arrangement of the fly sheet. It does not roll back and attach to the inner sufficiently well. I will have to come up with altering it in some way. There is still a lot of material flapping about. If anyone has any suggestions to help I would appreciate hearing from you as to a solution.
