Delivery on point, easy to open, good quality, and the product's doing it's job. I'm taking lecithin with fish oil. Currently, I have three office related jobs, and I'm always a mess at remembering things, always tired, eating lots of snacks... so I've decided to try a healthy way of living and eating.I'm taking it for more than 2 weeks now, and I definitely feel something has changed: I'm more aware and focused while working. I'm doing extra things at home, I'm a bit more organised, but of course all this changes come from my determination of being healthy, doing sports and from taking supliments my mind and body needs..I do recommend it, wholeheartedly, but you have to take at least one each day, and try to take it with food. Try having regular hours of sleep and when you wake up, and try doing sports.

Great supplements
The effects of the supplements are very fast, after only a few days I noticed an increase in my ability to focus, being able to concentrate and helped me relax . Definitely recommend.

Very happy, the product arrived very fast.I've read some bad reviews and I must say: Beware! This is not a miracle weight loss product. Keep that in mind and you will avoid dissapontments.I've used it for a couple of years due to a liver problem and it helps a lot, also to control my cholesterol.In regards to fat, what it helps with is to aviod fat deposits, therefore you won't get everything in your abdomen or tights, for instance.However, if you already have those, you will need to eat properly and excersice at least a bit, as the product won't do the job for you.

I bought several tubs of these whilst exclusively pumping for my 2nd baby.I took 2 every day and when I had clogs in my milk ducts, I'd take another two until it was cleared.Saved me many times, highly recommend.

Didn't really notice much difference
I'm sure there must be some health benefits from taking this product; it's just that I didn't feel any different after a whole bottle of the stuff and I was taking around 3 caps a day.This product is well packaged and seems to be well made.
