Ink spilled on my hands when inserting the cartridge into my printer. Clearly poor quality, as smell of fumes remains on printed paper.Won’t be buying this product again.

It arrived on time and works well

I’ve used these in my printer a few times now, the printer is a HO Officejet 6500 wireless, they work a treat, no complaints.The printer doesn’t recognize the ink as its a non HP product, I’ve never found any non HP ink product recognized by my printer, I can live with it.These are the cheapest I can find on the net, takes about 5 days to arrive, not the quickest but again I can’t complain when there so cheap and Free deliveryBrilliant

Been using these for years. The printer complains its not OEM but the results are more than good enough for my general home / office needs. Only minor gripe is the colours don't last as long as the black so those are piling up.. Small price to pay & beats the price of the originals.

When I removed the orange plastic cover from the black cartridge, it squirted black ink all over my hands which them dribbled onto my carpet. The ink took about 2 days to fully get off my hands and my carpet hasn't been so lucky and is pretty much ruined. To add insult to injury, the cartridge lasted for about 4 sheets of A4 and then ran out. A 1 star rating is too high for this, I'd give it 0 if I could.

Have had this product before and been fine , but this time the black ink has run out so quick like it wasn’t full ! Colours are still so full , very strange as I don’t use it that much at all !Very pleased to say they are replacing itemMany thanks

Excellent value and cartridges are filled right up. I use compatibles for internal use but to be honest there is perhaps a slight colour variation but nothing to notice unless you are doing very exacting work. For virtually all internal purposes, these are far better value than the HP originals. Bearing in mind that the ink level software in the printer refuses to work properly, which is not an issue with these particular ones as the transparent casing makes it easy to check ink levels.The only feedback I would give is that the cartridges are overfilled and there was ink splashing out when twisting off the orange cover - which resulted in a messy stain. After the first 2, I was more careful and had tissue to hand to soak up the excess before inserting in the printer.
