How long should you keep this infred light on your body for pain relief and at what setting?

I use level 4 for 30 Minute intervals for 1 hour on each area. I have to put a fan on near me or it’s a little too hot. I have CLL and it helps so much for the pain. Hope this helps!

Honestly, I’m not sure but it is an excellent product.

How much heat to expect? Someone mentioned it makes you sweat, I do not feel much heat at all. Does it mean the unit might be defective?

I set mine on level 4 for 30 minutes and after 5 minutes I have to have a fan on. If you aren’t feeling the heat I would reach out to their customer service they will swap it out for a new one if you are past the Amazon return window. I absolutely love mine. I have CLL and it helps with my muscles and aches. Hope this helps…
