Q: Does all vinegar need sulphites? Because I didn't realise this before I purchased it.

Red wine and apple cider vinegars don’t have sulphites but white wine vinegar does, I know this because sulphites is an alergin and I have to list alergins on the labels of my Chutneys. Hope this helps. Dorothy

The expiration date is for food consumption so the acidity which is what I guess you want it for will remain. It does have a strongbodour thought so you should bear this in mind.

White wine vinegar is made from white wine and white vinegar is distilled malt vinegar.
