As the title says, this item rolls up on the body. It's just a simple unstructured tube of netting, with no attempt made to prevent roll-up at either bustline or hem. Otherwise it would get five stars for the bedroom and only two for wearing in public (the latter with added shoulder straps and sussies or a gusset, lol!) :-)

Although very stretchy (it starts out about the size of a handkerchief) I think the upper limit would be maybe size 12. Probably best suited to 8 or smaller.
