Rothenberger 130080 Set of 10 x Drain Rods, 2 Tools & Straps (Universal)

These are excellent quality strong flexible with good instructions cleared my drain in 20 minutes.Well worth the money don’t waste your money on cheap rods these are the ones to buy . Well pleased

Really strong and the heads are made of brass.

but with years of experience of rodding drains these feel good.They are flexible as some have said but that's just as they should be - a stiff rod would be awkward to use.My Dad's old cane rods finally came to the end of their serviceable life so I bought these before I needed them.A tip for anyone unused to rodding drains: when pushing them through the pipe keep turning them clockwise to keep the rods securely screwed together. I've never lost any down a drain but I have been very close LOL

Excellent piece of kit. Well-made and very effective for 2 field drains blocked for several years with earth.

Good rods but brass connecting screw threads a bit slack "NEED TO KEEP TURNING CLOCKWISE"without fail or you will lose them down the drain.BEWARE.

Have used ‘cheaper’ products and they have never quite done the job. These definitely done the job.These rods were sturdy for our drains and they were easy to disassemble.Don’t think a cheaper version is better by price. Rothenberger are a recognised brand used by all good plumbers and some rubbish ones too. 😛

Rods and attachments are fine. However, no ties were included, despite being advertised as sold with ties. Really disappointing, especially given they were so expensive (relative to other rod sets).
