This tap is great value and really good quality. The two jet types are really useful and having the head on a hose is better than I could have imagined.My only warning is that you need to have a thick/strong sink or mount it directly to the worktop to support the weight and good water pressure for it to work properly. We were fitting a new kitchen so this wasn't a major concern but ended up spending £250 on a composite sink rather than £120 on a stainless steel one and had to buy a pump for our hot water to improve the pressure (£450 for the pump + £200 labour).

First up, let me say this tap looks the part and feels quality to use. It’s also great value compare to other similar items.The tap was fairly easy to install, but the one area where the quality didn’t show through was in the push fit connectors. This was easily solved with some Teflon tape, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this if you’ve never done any plumbing before.Overall, a good product and excellent value!

Just moved house and decided to update the older style taps with this. I was shocked at the price that Bathroom showrooms and plumbing places charge for this style of tap so found this one at a great price.Our plumber did have a bit of bother fitting this tap as the space behind the cabinet was very tight. The collar that fits underneath the sink unit is actually quite a bit bigger than 'standard tap' collars, luckily enough we managed to cut some of the cabinet out and get this fitted. We have a combi boiler and good water pressure which this tap is recommended for and it works a treat!Great price, very happy with the design and use of it. Highly recommend!

Looks good and was easy to fit but hot water pressure is poor and the spray switch is not very responsive, often sticking. In fairness, the pressure problem is partially my fault as the manufacturer did describe the unit as being suitable for high pressure systems although my hot water system has never proved inadequate in showers etc of which I have three on the same water source. I think maybe they should emphasise the high pressure requirement or state that the unit is only suitable for commercial kitchen use.

I bought this tap not even 6 months ago and it has fully stopped working! I have tried emailing but NO REPLY!!! It looks like Amazon has grown to such a size that they are no longer interested in Customer Care and are just leaving their vendors to do as they please!! It has cost me 2 call out charges for a plumber to come and find a solution. The hot/cold controls seem to work only on one or the other and the shower head has stopped working, allowing just a mere trickle of water to come out. We have had to remove the shower head to use the tap while we look for a replacement (not from Amazon, I can assure you!) so water is now flowing but it's either totally cold or burning hot. Any help would be appreciated.

Nice tap but developed a fault soon thereafter. I don't need or want a new tap, just a spare part.It is supposed to have a "time guarantee" but numerous emails via Amazon's "contact seller" link proved fruitless. It's impossible to make contact with this company; Amazon called either. I could find their comapny Guangzhou Yanxun trading ltd listed at Companies House either.

Seem to have a problem with the spray head as the button won't work anymore

The taps is fine but when the filter was added (nozzle) it reduced its flow considerably. I had to take it off and use my old one to get a decent flow.
