My wife purchased this belt because she wanted a little more of an edge during her workouts. She absolutely loves it!! She has seen an impressive increase in weight loss as well as a noticeable improvement in her toning. She loves the sauna effect and can really feel her internal core temperature rising while she is working out which causes her to sweat more and shed more excess water weight!!

I figured this was a waste of money. Not true. I've lost some size - not as much as I wanted but still I did lose some.

This is an interesting concept, and it certainly does the specific thing it sets out to do, apply directed muscle stimulation in the abdominal area.Some points to keep in mind:* This is really only going to fit you if your waist size it under about 36 inches.* This is extremely targeted stimulation, with two contact pads. You're not going to target any of the important abdominal muscles along the sides of the torso at all.* To get even stimulation up and down the abdominals, even in front, you'll need to frequently readjust the position of the belt.This is an interesting supplement to a good abdominal workout, but by no means a substitute.

Bought this for my dad. He does a lot of work with firewood before the winter months, and likes wearing it to keep his back warm and provide support with all the twisting, turning and bending over. So far it is working well for him. I'm sure it would also work great for more conventional forms of exercise as well.

I definitely notice a difference when working out with this on. I flatten my belly and put it on and start working out my body is at a warm temp within minutes. By the time I take this off my stomach as well as the band are thoroughly covered in sweat. I haven’t seen a ton of difference but I’ve only been working out with it a week or two, I def notice my bloat has gone away though right off the bat

The belt would barely fit a child's waist.It's cheaply made and flimsy.The little battery pack thing barely stays on. It literally snaps into place with two small buttons.This is the most poorly fabricated product I've ever seen.Please save yourselves the money and don't buy this.

This waist trimmer hugs the waist and it is flexible enough for a comfortable workout. The length was longer than I expected but it doubles up to help slim the tummy.
