BSN is a brand I regularly use for my supplements going on vast experience of testing many of the other big names in the industry.The fitness supplements industry is pisdible one of the most false and out right dishonest industries out there, everyone boasts about there products and make ludicrous claims about this and that.BSN is not one of these and as such i choose them in conjuction with another reliable company to fuel my lifestyle goals.This product is a no nonsense product that does what it claims, it non flavoured so nothing added in sugar intake regards, just add to your preferred protein shake and away you go, quality supplement from a trusted brand, this will satisfy all your glutamine needs at a great price.9/10 effectiveness.6/10 size of product10/10 price

I have had this product for a few years now and only time has it had no seal around it and powder on the outside when I open it, the white seal was lifted in one area, and try to get a return and a replacement and said I cant return.I don’t need to be dealing with this, the product is good that gets 5 stars yet not the return and replacement policy and I can’t even see where there is a refund.

I’m very experienced in training and supplements and I always choose the best, and, BSN doesn’t disappoint you. No strong taste and mixed instantly. It’s a great supplement as post workout and to take care of your gut

My recovery time from any workout session is usually terrible (3-5 days sometimes with moderate/heavy exercise). Glutamine has been the only additional change to my supplemenation (Syntha-6 Edge and Creatine DNA from BSN being my usual supps). I can faithfully say that My recovery time has greatly reduced since I began taking this product and have ordered it several times now. Great stuff.

I don't know how much it helps because i train 6 to10 hours a day and i still ache but not as much though I take glutamine from other brands as well so its hard to say if this does anything. I'll always still go with a cheaper brand to evaluate. So far I gave it full stars because the one I received didn't have any funky smell or taste in it. Well done on that, some of them have nasty smells and tastes like one I got from My Protein. Never again!
