Great training aid
This is an excellent training aid for very young or novice players. I use it for coaching novice ladies and junior players, and for indoor skills training when we can't use a proper hard ball. It bridges the gap between a soft and light ball like a tennis ball or quick-cricket ball, and a proper cricket ball. The ball is heavy and hard enough to feel about right and encourage good hands, and soft enough not to do damage or play on their anxieties!

Great if you're teaching the basics of how a cricket ball can spin or move in the air. Good for bowlers and batsmen alike.

Great
This is a great product for those who enjoy back garden cricket. The ball will not smash a window (althought makes a loud noice if it hits a window), is light and is as easy to hit as a tennis ball. The seam means the spin is more noticable than with a tennis ball. The ball reacts like a real cricket ball. Great ball.

Does NOT weigh same as leather ball
Bought this for my daughter's winter net practice as leather balle get water logged on wet astro. Seller claims the ball to be same weight as a leather ball so I ordered three junior size. Balls arrived and felt very light so I weighed them - found to be around 85 grams (junior leather ball is around 140 grams), a significant difference and no good if you want to practice with proper weight ball which they claim. One star rating on the basis of the seller significant false claim about weight of the junior ball.

All the weight and action with less pain! Got 2 of them for my 11 year old grandson and his bowling has come on a treat.
