I purchased this product on december 2022. The coffee grinder stopped working and it makes a very loud noise. I have been trying to get help with no avail. Purchased through amazon.

2nd review:As I learn how to pack the filter with coffee and froth the milk with the steam wand, I realize that this machine is not bad. I gave it another star to reflect my feelings about it. It has its flaws but does its job fairly good. I still want it to make the coffee creamier/frothier though. As I mentioned in my first review; cheaper machines actually do a better job at that. Maybe with time I’ll be able to get it to make the espressos the way I want. I’ll review it at a later time as I get better and use it more.First review:Not as great as the reviews make it;I started by following every instruction that came with this espresso machine. once I was done setting it up and cleaning it from the inside out, I wanted to see if it performed well making an espresso coffee...I am not completely satisfied with this machine. It doesn't froth the coffee as it states in the description everywhere from the documents inside the box to the descriptions in Amazon. it took a while to make the steam wand work the way it is supposed to.The materials it is made from look good and also feel good, but it is still not performing like it should. I don't think the amount of espresso coming out according to one or two cup selections is right (meaning it is way too small).What got me disappointed is that I got better results from a much, much cheaper espresso machine with manual controls (which is not a bad thing to have at all). I wish this one had manual start/stop knobs or buttons instead of automatic control buttons; at least that way I could control how long and how much I can get from the coffee grounds portion and maybe get the frothing I am looking for.This machine is very expensive and I expected it to work as such.I will update this review in a few days as I try to master it and see if I can get the results I should from a "Top of the line" home or domestic and very expensive Espresso Machine...

Awesome machine for the money. Slight learning curve to get the dosing, grind, and frothing down but once you do it's a HELLUVA lot cheaper than SB's

Overall love this machine so far!The coffee grinder works beautifully and it is the quietest I've ever heard. The pressure gauge is very responsive and the included accessories were a big plus. Also the machine is beautiful in person.Just be aware that there is a bigger learning curve with this machine than other simpler machines and the instructions may be a little hard to follow. The portafilter is SUPER TIGHT. Hopefully it will need less force after repeated use. Also note the espresso won't brew if you don't have the steam knob on the off position.Very sad the grinder stopped working two year later 😢

Unfortunately mine had to be returned due to a broken grinder bracket. Love the convenience of built in grinder - excited for replacement to arrive.

This is my second espresso machine and what a nice upgrade!!! This machine grinds with multiple settings 1-15, coarse to fine. The frother is a bit louder than I am used to but gives off quite a bit of steam and froths the milk very quickly. The machine comes with a tamper and all the other tools you need, but I would probably invest in a better one to give you a consistent tamp... I learned that from my first machine and invested in a consistent pressure tamper. There is no temperature control for the coffee but there is for the steamer. Overall, this is a fantastic machine that is easy to use and makes consistent quality expressos.
