Great switch for bathroom!
I am currently renovating my bathroom, and wanted to replace the dirty old noisy pull cord switches with something a bit more modern, and this fitted the bill perfectly! As there is no mains wiring at the switch, and it is IP54 rated, it made it the perfect choice.Installation was simple, and thankfully I had unrestricted access to the junction boxes in the loft, which made wiring it up pretty straight forward.Setting it up is as easy as it gets. Simply reconnect the power, press and hold the button on the receiver for a couple of seconds until it flashes, then press the button on the switch you want to associate - job done!In now controls the extractor fan and lights independently in the bathroom, which is exactly what I was after. The switch itself feels well made too, with a positive action. It looks fairly modern and unobtrusive. The manual is just about legible, the translation is not good though, which is a real shame, as it slightly lets down what is an otherwise excellent package!

A brilliant solution to light switches in odd places
Absolutely brilliant solution to outside lights with switches in the garage. Very quick to install the transmitters and the range meant the switch unit could be positioned anywhere in the house.

A very simple solution to remote switching needs, it looks good and works well
This is a simple idea, a wireless switch that turns on or off a wireless receiver which has input and output power. Primarily design for lighting circuits it could be used for anything with a relatively low power requirement. It's rated up to 1000 Watts so the cables will be able to handle around 4 amps before potential issues arise.I wanted this for my garden lighting, which is powered from the greenhouse. I have three circuits, two of which are low voltage garden lamps with the third being an LED string. I wired this directly into the plug and used my own bullet connectors to connect onwards to the lights (see photo). The receiver has a little button which can be used to turn the power on and off, and is also used (via a long press) for pairing with the transmitter. This is required before it will function. The transmitter is a slimline square switch which can be stuck on to the wall via supplied adhesive pads. It's a simple press for on and press for off operation. It seems to have a good range, I have it on the wall in the lounge and it has no problem communicating with the receiver across the garden in the greenhouse. For anyone with a need for remote switching this is a very good solution, easy to install and set up.
