Lovely delicate strawberry flavour, but a little sweet
The freeze-dried strawberry pieces and powder add a lovely delicate fruity flavour and pleasant sharp contrast to the chocolate, and the pepper also works surprisingly well as to complement it. The chocolate itself is very smooth and seems like decent quality, but is a little on the sweet side - less sugar and a greater cocoa content would improve it.
