Ideal as bottle labels as they are waterproof just print cut out and stick to a bottle

Did you try selecting vinyl but selecting less pressure in the drop-down option.

yes, I've used it through a HP laser printer.

I haven't used to to make decal but I've made labels out of it. Yes it is removable. If you want make decal I suggest you to use oracle vinyl 631 or eventually 651.
