Headaches
So far so good. I have had multiple surgeries on my cervical neck and am starting to get headaches. My pain management doctor recommended this device. I’ve had it for two days now and it is beginning to help.

Great neck traction device
Great product that really works. I had a really bad stiff neck for about 2 weeks and after just 3 days of using the neck traction device I felt major relief. Anytime I feel any sort of neck pain I use my trusty device. I would highly recommend this product for anyone suffering from any neck pain. Worth every penny.

Provided great relief for pinched nerve!
I had been suffering with a pinched nerve on the right side of my neck for a couple of weeks. I tried doing my own neck "traction" by laying on my back on my bed with my head hanging off the side. But, the angle only made the pain worse. I read reviews on this product & decided to purchase this neck traction device. I was very excited to try it as soon as it arrived (eager for relief!). I was not disappointed! The device was fairly easy to put on & operate. I like that it has the remote control to quickly adjust air levels for the compression pillow feature. The adjustment knobs on both sides of the traction device are also easy to find by feel & offer enough adjustment levels. I used the traction device on my neck 3x daily, while also getting chiropractic adjustments & got noticeable relief quickly. I was worried that the device may not be worth what I paid for it (a bit expensive), but it's already paid for itself by being able to do comfortable traction stretches on my neck 24hrs a day, whenever I may need a good stretch, without having to drive to the chiropractor. If you have chronic bulging discs or pinched nerve in your neck, I highly recommend trying this traction device. The only thing that would've made this a 5-star review instead of a 4-star is if it came with a decent fabric storage bag to keep the device & remote attachment together while being stored long term, between uses. I'm currently just storing it in the box & clear plastic bag it was shipped in.

Would not buy
Have the product for a while now —- not impressed ! I have daily neck pain from compressed discs and thought this would help . Not enough strength and how it secures before it operates is not good . My fault for getting too busy and missing timeline to return it .

Thank God for this device
I’ve been dealing with exposed nerves, neck immobility, bulging disks in my neck, migraines, and major muscle tension in my traps. I have to go to the chiropractor once or twice a week bc my C1 and C2 get pulled out of alignment so quickly. This device helped on the first session of 5 minutes. I’m on session 8 now and really feeling relief. Thank you soooooo much for this traction device!!!!!! Finally some healing and help.

Works better for an average build
Read this if you're skinny/smaller than average! This item definitely has potential for a nice decompression. It is very simple to use. I've used it maybe 7 times over the last 3 days for 3-10 minutes at a time (I was pretty excited to try it). And I have gotten decent decompression from it. I'm 22 years old and don't suffer from any severe chronic back or neck pain, however I am always popping my joints, back, neck, and seeking ways to relax my body and fix my posture. I've used some "do it yourself" methods at home to quickly decompress my cervical and even get a small pop most times I attempt it. This device does get that same stretch as it's intended to.My problem with it so far, is that although it has a fair degree of adjustable position to suit the user, it does not fit me well. I use the tightest setting in the back and still have some wiggle room. The chin support turns into more of a mouth guard because my chin doesn't reach all the way over it. I end up getting a better grip on the back of my neck to utilize the occipital pressure the device is meant to give, when I take the pads off my shoulder and rest or hold them in front of my self, pulling it all forward so that the pad at the back of my neck is actually applying the pressure to cause the stretch effectively. This of course reduces the comfort of the device, not that the shoulder pads were too comfy or fitting to begin with. I am 5'8" and 135 pounds, very lean and definitely smaller than the average guy, so my problems are not something everyone would talk about. Or maybe it just doesn't fit most people, but I seem to be too small. If you're an average build, it might fit perfect with the decent range of adjustability. But if you're leaner/skinnier this is not going to fit perfectly, and it's not a great cost/benefit ratio.
