Make you feel less fatigue .flatter stomach .loss of hunger for longer .
If your quite active then these will help you lose weight as they do make you feel more fuller for a longer and if you suffer with IBS as I do I found that they had helped my stomach a bit .they settled my stomach after they cleaned my stomach out of toxins and I felt generally better .also I felt less tired too .defo a boost my stomach was flatter too
