how meny ohms is this mic

This microphone is 600 ohms impedance and is best used with a balanced line XLR cable.I use one of these for vocals and it sounds really good. For the price, it is excellent value for money....

Does this Mic come with all the cables or do i have to purchase them separately

It comes with an XLR to Jack cable. If you need XLR to XLR you will need to purchase a seperate cable or an adaptor.

Do they have an on/off switch

No switch which is good as switches can be noisy. My mics are controlled by someone on a mixing desk.

Can this mic be used with a phantom power supply & if so would that boost its sensitivity?

This is a dynamic mic, so you would not need phantom power. If you are using a computer with this mic and have a Line In plug, but not a Mic in plug, then you would need, at the most, a mixer or, at the very least, a pre amp device. Hope this helps.
