Provide good relief from pain

These simply do not stick. Biggest waste of money I have honestly ever spent. I’ve recently been using these shoulder pads but the apply to clothing ones and they’ve been brilliant so i decided to ‘stock up’ but on the direct to skin pads thinking they’d be just as good or even better. Infact they’re terrible. They do not stick, nor heat up. Any slight neck or shoulder movement and they come off. Absolutely terrible. The direct to clothing pads are much better.

Effective for shoulder pain

These don't stick well. It would have been better if the sticky suff was all over, however, I bought some medical sticking tape and secure it with that at the ends, then it stays in place. It s good when the pain is at the base of the neck and where the shoulder meets the neck, but not when the pain is up the top of the neck. I have only just got my husband to put it on 1 hour ago, as my shoulders are very painful and I couldn't put it on, so I will get back here this evening to tell how it has helpedmy pain.

Very cost effective. Helps tight muscles. My husband has had a fractured neck, and it helps with the pain.

Just used the first one from this pack, it sticks well when you first put it on but once you start moving around & your skin perspires then it falls off. I put one on myself today but after about an hour I started to perspire & it fell off, very annoying. The warmth of it is ok for me could work ok but other than that I will not buy them again. I wouldn’t really recommend these unless you are desperate.

Wanted these for the base of me neck - didn’t stick very well - even with minimal movement. Not much heat either
