Seems perfect for UHD text editing
What's to say? It's a 4K monitor! Great detail and clarity. I will be using it mainly for text editing rather than gaming etc, so I wanted crisp and clear font rendering. It seems that Office 2011 has been updated to support Retina displays and it deals happily with UHD. (I did not upgrade to Office 2016, despite claims that it was written for retina displays, as it is disk hungry and as far as I can see does not bring features that I need as a professional editor.)No dead pixels. Nicely packaged. Don't like the fixed stand as I want to run it from a laptop with its own screen and need vertical adjustment. Rather than pay another 50.00+ for the 68 model which is height adjustable, I got the Newstar Stylish Tilt/Turn/Rotate Desk Stand for 10-27" Monitor at 27.00. Work perfectly together.Have only just set it up but all looks good so far. Cute joystick control and on/off button. Plugged into a MacBook Pro (touchbar model). After a bit of thinking on the part of the computer and some faffing on my part with the displays page of the system prefs, the two eventually recognised each other. Don't forget that you need to go into the (simple) monitor control system and tell it to expect input via displayport rather than HDMI. You will only get UHD at 60Hz if you use displayport connection. For this reason I also bought a USB-C to Displayport cable (Choetech) in order to avoid another adapter on the desk.Hey! I think I can fit 3 full size A4 pages side by side on this screen.

Superb
I've had this monitor now for 2 years after purchasing from Amazon and I'm still delighted with it. Features 2 HDMI inputs and 1 Display Port input. Toggling between them involves using the micro joystick located centrally on the underside of the monitor. The same joystick can be used to change display modes (Custom/Photo/Cinema/Dark Room/FPS Game/etc/etc/etc).There's a couple of things that I would like to have seen on this monitor that are missing :1 - auto selection of input if only one signal present2 - USB connector on the rear (which I'd have liked as a power source)This monitor has no speakers meaning it's got a relatively small bezel (15mm top, left and right, and 20mm at the bottom)Even after 2 years 4K content (mainly streamed, or from my GoPro) this monitor continues to delight me and at the price I'd highly recommend it.

Amazing!
Absolute beauty!I use this on my Xbox One X. Works in 4K which is stunning. It is not "HDR10" for watching television and apps it supposedly doesn't display in 10-bit colour but should work in 8. (Just reading from the "details menu".4K for gaming is perfect with loads of options in the monitor for changing sharpness to the saturation of each separate colour (Which I cranked up to 65 from 50). The Manual PDF is very handy and I personally have learnt a lot.In terms of film, using a standard DVD in my Xbox One X is rather unpleasing and quite blurry but through the use of Netflix and Amazon Video the picture is great and upscaled/displayed perfectly.

Good value day to day 4K monitor
This is a great value monitor for day to day desktop use. My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to inter-operate well with my wife's Dell laptop and docking station - the "resume" from screen save doesn't work, we have to manually open the lid of the laptop to get the monitor to wake from sleep properly. Have tried all the different modes (auto sleep, no sleep, etc). But that's a small niggle compared to the quality of the screen.Had a dead pixel cluster on the first delivery, but Amazon quickly replaced it overnight without fuss or complaint!

Shame about the stand.
Great monitor, rubbish stand. Get a vesa mount to get the most out of the monitor. Otherwise for the money its a great value 4K IPS monitor.

Excellent, eventually
Good monitor, stunning resolution. Just wish it had some more information on the various settings and the optimum configuration for gaming, media streaming, DVDs, etc. The default setting are pretty low, so you need to experiment for some time before getting the best out of this kit.

First impression is excellent. It is a big improvement over a decent 19 inch screen, how people manage with a laptop I do not know.

Accurate colours, but a very lackluster screen.
Good item, although low light output and significant backlight bleeding lead me to return this item. Poor black reproduction.
