Lille Healthcare Suprem Fit Maxi Medium (3370ml) 20 Pack Incontinence Protection

I've been using this brand longer than any other in total. Im inbetween sizes with this brand, mediums are nice and snug although i tend to leak when the back starts getting heavy and i leak inbetween the back of the leg cuffs even with fitted pants over the top, large is a good comfortable fit.. however the tabs are too long on the larges and they end up over lapping eachother if i could have the large size nappy, with the medium tabs it would be the perfect nappy. These do well with performance sitting and peeing.. even laying down is no problem ( although i wouldnt suggest these are good for someone who lays on their side in their sleep and pees because thats where i've had my most leaks from. But overall a really good nappy, if positioned on correctly these are extremely comfortable even with manly parts they are soft and gentle even when extremely wet, great for day to day especially being so silent no one will notice. However come night time id recommend using a ABDL plastic backed nappy ( higher absorbency ) and guaranteed no leaks with those. however these can and do the job but i feel like they need a plastic backed version of these for the nights. The only downside is the price increase at neally £1 each its not good value for money anymore like they used to be i think i used to pay like 60p each so its a massive increase compared to just last year. Its worth spending the few quid more and buying the abdl diapers ( you can get plain ones ) and theres some out on the market that can hold upto 8000ml which is more than twice the absorbency than these

Perfect delivery and a good product. It does what it suppose to do. Only down side is it's not so comfy when move around at night.

I buy this brand quite alot in the month, I have experimented with all types of sizes and aborbancy ratings.No matter what I try they are always so soft and comfy, the tapes are reusable for adjusting.They don't crinkle much which is really good for discreetness.I highly recommend this brand and company "incontinence shop" they are very quick to deal with customer concerns and problems.I wouldn't want to shop or need to shop anywhere else for diapers.They never fail to be low on stock either, so I always have confidence they will have something to dispatch when I need them 👍😊Great value for money too.

Male reviewer, wore these on 3 occasions and leaked from the sides on the first use.

As I said above, my mate sleeps over when he's too drunk to drive (considerate) but he's peed the bed a few times, and the couch and I once caught him emptying his bladder into my fridge (inconsiderate)...I had to throw half of the food away.Anyway, his wife has just left him so now he drinks even more and stays over a lot more often. I make him wear these, he doesn't mind though I did take his picture when he was in a near-coma and put it on facebook, come to think of it maybe this contributed to his wife leaving him? She must have thought he was a right perv! ha haAnyway, he drinks like there's no tomorow when he's on a bender and he must wee out about a gallon in his sleep, but so far so good, no leakage so far. When he takes them off the weight of a nappy must weigh about a stone, such is the amount of cold urine contained within. He has a shower and all is good. My new sofa is very relieved as is the matress. Excellent stuff!!!!

These are my favourite diapers they hold a lot of liquid fitwell don't make too much noise the tapes are really good and they are easy to put on with hardly any fuss if you want to go if you want an all round nappy this is the one it doesn't look smart or anything like that but it does its job really really well

Just a bit better than other brands

Bought for my 87 year old mum for night time use. Not suitable for those who can get to loo but need protection as it takes a little time to get there, difficult to pull up/down. VERY large fit.
