Rockport Cobb Hill Women's Aria-Ch Boot

For the price of this boot it should be leather but it's not!! I ordered a 7 wide which is what I normally wear but the heel rubs on both feet and the toe box is narrow. I'm not sure what the color is supposed to be...I ordered the stone but the darker color in the front of the shoe makes it difficult to give it a name. Was really looking forward to wearing this boot but will be returning it. The lining inside is soft and the heel height is good. For the same price I will hopefully be able to find a product that is real leather!!!! ##### I felt I needed to add an addendum to my prior rating of 2 stars. I decided to give these boots another shot and wore them around the house for awhile and surprisingly they started to feel much more comfortable. As I had said before, the heel height is nice and the lining is soft and comfortable. I'm still not crazy about the color and doubt that they are 100% leather....I'm seeing on different sites that they sell for $109 but I paid $139, plus tax they were over $150 through Amazon so shop around before buying!!!

SO very comfortable!! This is my second pair of Rockport Cobb Hill boots. Like other reviewers have mentioned, they literally feel like wearing sneakers. I have a wide width foot and it is impossible to find a wide width boot in local shoe stores; they just don't carry wide width options. I cannot say enough great things about this brand. Also as mentioned by other reviewers, once you know your perfect size, Rockport Cobb Hill boots will fit like a glove every time! As I told a friend, they fit like they were made for my feet. Totally comfortable right out of the box with no need for breaking in. That's good because I don't have a tolerance for uncomfortable footwear and don't wear anything that is the least bit uncomfortable. I also live in south Georgia where the weather literally goes from flip flop weather to boot weather almost overnight. Making that transition after a long summer of having feet out and in the sand is sometimes a challenge; especially finding closed toed shoes and boots that are comfortable. I have already ordered these in black, have another style Rockport Cobb Hill boot in black this season and will be back to order more of these. I love that these are casual and something you can slip on for quick errands, etc.

I love the way these shoes look and feel. However, I will say that the size and fit are different from all of my other shoes.My feet are slightly wide and I have slim ankles. Wide shoes are normally too wide for me, and generally I find that a size 9 shoe in many brands fits well. This was not the case for these shoes. My feet were swimming in the 9s and the shoe was too narrow.I purchased them in 8.5 W, and the length of the shoe is perfect as well as the width around the forefoot and midfoot. However, they are too loose around my heel and ankle. Wearing thick socks does help with the fit though, and I still find them comfortable to walk in. Overall, these boots are worth keeping but I wish that they weren't so wide around the ankle/heel - it does make my foot feel a little unstable on the heel. I'm probably going to add some foam around that area to create a little more stability.

This boot is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. I wear an 8.5 AAA, and it is very hard for me to find any shoes that fit, let alone provide comfort and support, but this boot really delivers. I ordered 8.5 B, since they don't come in narrow, hoping that the lace-up feature would allow me to snug them to my skinny ankles. They do! Padded footbed with arch support feels divine. I always love nubuck, and the artificially distressed shiny toe doesn't bother me a bit. Also, the toes turn up just a bit, which accomodates my big toes, which do the same. No rubbing or feeling of confinement in the toe box. And, best of all, they have style. The heel isn't too high for comfort, but adds a bit of dress that will take me to work or out on weekends in jeans. The heel cutouts and contrasting brown tabs add just the right points of interest. Love these boots and would like to have in all colors. Will probably wait for a sale before ordering more, though. At $135, they're a little pricey. All in all, I highly recommend these.

I swear by Cobb Hill. They are the best shoes! They always fit me perfect, and they look like gorgeous dressy shoes but FEEL almost as good as high quality walking or running shoes. The toe box on these are a tiny bit tight, giving me a pressure point after wearing them most of the day. But I literally more them all day at the office, took a 2 mile walk, then did some lunges, all RIGHT OUT OF THE SHOEBOX before my left toes started to complain about the tightness. You get gorgeous, fashionable shoes, and never any pain. These are super cute "booties" too - although I wish the other colors were more affordable!

These boots are my 2nd attempt at finding vintage footwear for an upcoming event. The style was perfect but they felt one size smaller than what I expected. Also, they were supposed to be a wide width but they looked and felt more like a regular width in the toe box area. The cuteness factor is there but the "ouch" factor ruled them out for me. The insoles are not well padded so you may need to use your own orthotics if you order these. I highly recommend these adorable boots for all of you lucky ladies who don't have sizing problems. I packaged them up for return shipping and ordered another vintage boot from Rieker (in a larger size this time) to accommodate my own orthotic foot pads. I'm praying that the 3rd time will be a charm for my hard-to-fit big old hoofs.

I'm usually a 7 but I got the 7.5 to allow my bunions a bit more space. Nice fit. Fits my orthotic. Super comfy even though theres a heel. Can wear all day. They cushion the feet. Just wish they'd make it with wingtip and broguing.

Cobb hill is always great quality and comfortable. Looks good. What more is there?

I bought 2 pairs of these last year. One "red" and one black. The black ones were brushed suede and I returned them due to the extra care required. I thought, "I wish they came in black leather!". Well, they do and these are my favourites. Great fit and comfortable.

Very comfortable, but BEWARE CANADIANS, this DOES NOT come by Courier, but rather CANADA POST and you will most likely have to drive to a Post Office to pick it up! THIS WAS NOT COURIERED****VERY DISSAPOINTED, especially because it was supposed to be delivered on a long weekend and Canada Post does not work long weekends!Once in Canada is delivers by SNAIL MAIL!!! Rip OFF if you pay for courier!
