I love this.Being a woman of a certain age the last thing I would usually want is to have an even wetter face.However, on hot days especially but also every day, this spray is a godsend.Hot flushes are a nightmare, but this gentle and very fine mist definitely helps. It's cooling, gentle, and small enough to pop in a bag. It doesn't stop a flush but it makes it just that bit easier to cope with.Yes it's water, in a can, nothing more exciting. I bought this because I was unable to cope with the hot nights we've been having. This only lasted for a week, which was disappointing. When I sprayed it onto my skin it felt cook but it didn't last that long and didn't cool me down fully.

I had Vichy one before and I was looking to replace them. They are slightly bigger than expected but still perfectly fit in a medium size bag. Fine mist on demand making the heat more bearable. Not dirt cheap but worth it.
