Excellent bang for the buck!
Arrived intact and very well packaged with all pieces in perfect order. Instructions are clear and set up is simple but you might need a helper to get the upright aligned with the base. It is sturdy and well made, perfect for my home gym but certainly not “commercial grade”. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have had no issues. It does rock a bit if you don't put weight on the pegs and swing a lot doing pull ups but it doesn’t feel unsafe. *A word about the safety arms: I read reviews where people complained about them being slightly angled back and I have to mention that this is not by accident and if you use the equipment properly you shouldn’t be leaving the bar on them unless you fail a lift. You should be able to properly re-rack the weight and if you do fail a lift with 400-500lbs on the bar you are going to want that to roll back slightly to prevent the rack from toppling over you. If you are benching and the arms allow the bar to roll into your face then you are not positioned properly and neither are the arms. Hope this helps.

This Squat Rack is very well built and sturdy. (Updated)
I was skeptical about this squat rack. I bought it when it was on sale $175.00. I wasn't expecting much from it. The box it was shipped in was well designed. No damage to the outside of the box. Inside of the box a few of the smaller boxed components were shuffled a little but nothing damaged. Once I started taking the metal pieces out of the shipping box....my first impressions was the parts were very sturdy.Putting the squat rack together was a breeze. The instructions were very easy to follow and simple enough for it to be a one person job.Once put together, the squat rack feels very, very sturdy and stabled. I have been using it for bench press, squats, good mornings, rack pulls, over head presses, etc. Before making the purchase I read some of the reviews. There were a couple complaining about the support safety arms being on a angle. That was not my case. If they are on an angle, it must be really small because I do not see it.I purchased this rack when it was on sale at $175.00. The price is back up to normal pricing at $250.00. Even at that price, this rack is well worth it. I hope these few words helped someone.**Update**Landmine attachment is somewhat useless. I have been using this rack every day for about a week and a half (fully testing it). I have found the first flaw; the landmine attachment. Because it does not fully attach to the rack, the attachment wants to roll to one side or the other. Once you start the movement/exercise, the bar stays in place just fine. However, once you are finished with your workout set, the landmine attachment rolls to one of its sides. Then, before you start your next set, you have to adjust it and hope that it does not roll by the time you get to the end of the bar (the section you grab).Even with the landmine attachment being somewhat useless or difficult to use, I stand by my opinion on my original post. Even at the regular price of $250.00 is well worth it. I like it so much that I went ahead and ordered the Fitness Reality 2000 Super Max XL adjustable bench. Hopefully the bench will be as well built as this rack.

A great high quality squat rack
I've been using this squat rack after purchasing it about a year ago or so, and wow. It has really held up well and I can highly recommend it after using this squat rack heavily. I typically do the big 3 - bench press, deadlift and squat, currently benching 193 lbs without any issues. Now, I have rubber gym mats underneath it as well now. When I first bought this power rack it was outside on my carport last year. As of April this year the power rack has been stored in my backyard shed I've turned into a home gym. I see almost no wear and tear at all from using it. The standard 1 inch holes in the rack allow me to install dip bars, plate pegs and other add ons easily. My bar bell is olypmic sized and fits on well - I have no complaints and have built some solid muscle in my chest, legs and biceps using this power cage. It is the perfect midrange cage, after tax I paid $215 including cost of delivery and I am super happy I took a chance on this squat rack. A couple hundred is nothing when you get something this high quality that lasts this long, indoors and outdoors. If you're in the market for a power rack that won't break the bank but is well worth the money, then trust me, this is the best pick

Good power rack
For the price you can’t beat it! This is a really solid power rack especially if your not lifting more than 800lbs; though I suspect that anyone thinking of purchasing this rack won’t be lifting that much. The rack works and it’s very sturdy. I do like that the spotter arms are 19” long. The j-cups and spotter arms are easy to change. You can even do pull ups from the top bar.Positives:- excellent price- easy to assemble- additional landmine attachment is awesome- it worksOnly reason why I’m giving this 4 stars is that it could easily improve on a few minor tweaks. This is a sub-$300 power rack when you include the shipping so I can’t really complain.- Put the weight storage on the bottom sides of the rack instead of directly in the back. Whenever I need to position the spotter arms at a lower level, my weights get in the way since the weight holder is positioned right behind the rack posts. Putting the weight holder on the side would also make adding and removing weights easier.- Add 1-2 more 1” holds at the top for adding attachments higher up (example: adding pull-up attachment for different hand positions).- Add rubber protection to back of the j-cups and spotter arms to prevent bar being scratched.- As several purchasers mentioned, level out the spotter arms. The bar keeps rolling back to rack posts. Definitely a design/manufacture flaw.- Make pull-up bar slightly smaller in diameter. If you’re looking for a solid power rack look no further.

Good value for home gym.
This rack fit the bill for me with the small footprint and the right height for my lower than normal ceiling garage. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about an hour or so including unboxing, assembly and clean up. It feels sturdy enough to do pull ups on without any weights on the pegs but I put my 45’s on there for added stability. I don’t think kipping motions would be recommended though as it’s a little low for that. Strict movements are fine and probably strict muscle ups would be fine but again it is a bit low. One of the plastic feet did break a bit during assembly but it isn’t really of any consequence for stability as it’s just a ~ 1 inch piece of plastic that sits on the bottom. Enough was left to not unbalance the structure. Instructions were easy to follow. The other selling point for me was the landmine attachment which is an added value in my opinion. All in all it’s worth the money and you are getting a good deal for a good product.
