This is my second oven of this make the other one is about 3yeats old and still going well they are great ovens!!

Just been delivered and it is damaged !

what a superb product, very accurate timer and thermostat, fantastic interior size, cannot fault it at all.

Oven delivered in record time, unfortunately faulty. However very helpful chap from Monster Group arranged replacement within two days, great service, replacement was fine. We picked this one because of its large capacity and generous internal dimensions. Mainly used for cakes and pastries, everything cooks perfectly every time. Would recommend it. Would have given five stars if not for initial glitch.

I am a professional caterer and purchased two of these ovens (not from Amazon but from Easy Equipment). Essentially the ovens themselves work well. However, after only three uses, on both ovens, the rubber seal between the oven and the door became detached. On closer inspection, it is not really surprising as the seals are 'fixed' with pins, pretty flimsy ones at that. I contacted Easy Equipment and their response was that this was intentional so that the seals can be cleaned. I have never come across any oven, electric or gas, where the doors seals need removing in order to clean, so frankly this was nonsense and I told them so. I guess that, at the end of the day, you get what you pay for, and at this price, it is not altogether surprising that 'bits' are going to fall off after a few uses. A drill, a skinny metal bit and some self tapping screws with washers should sort this seal problem very simply and that is what I plan to do. You would think the manufacturer could have done that in the first place!

works really well, we use it in our small works kitchen for jacket potatoes. trays are ideal.

a very simple to use oven (no complicated technology to understand). Although oven does not operate unless the timer is on. It has, so far, cooked everything very evenly.The trays supplied are quite flimsy though and I suspect will warp in time.It is quite large sitting on the desktop/worktop so you need plenty of room for it and a plug point nearby. It is recommended not to leave it plugged in when not in use.
