Amazing! Perfect for office / guest room
Perfect! Bought this for our office room to double up as a guest bedroom and a carpenter built and fit this for us as a Murphy bed cabinet. Arrived quickly with delivery updates every set of the way. Works perfectly and looks great. Not too heavy to lift up or put down. Sturdy structure and guests have said it’s comfy (got mattress from elsewhere). Would 100% recommend I’m very pleased with the purchase

Great bed
I am very happy with bed so far. It was easy to install (except the instructions should have said to fit the pieces together BEFORE bolting the bracket to the floor and wall as we were obviously installing the bed to be space saving as we had limited space and it was extremely awkward to try to fit the bottom to the bracket once it was bolted down). The bed is ideal though and goes up and down smoothly and easily. The bed doesn't come with a mattress (which was stated clearly by the seller and we were aware of) therefore we bought the mattress from elsewhere and as such, I do not feel that I can attribute anything towards comfort to this bed as the comfort is in the quality of the mattress. However, there is a comfort factor in that because the bed enables you to have a proper mattress then it is far more comfortable than any sofa bed or futon.I would mention though that the mattress we bought was not heavy enough to keep the bed down and started to rise on it's own. This was easily rectified by undoing one of the pistons on the bracket as one side has two pistons, so we just have one piston each side now and it works perfectly. I imagine if you have an especially deep mattress then it would be sufficiently heavy to hold the bed down with three pistons and due to the extra weight you would need three pistons to lift it as well.I would definitely recommend this bed and it would be perfect for a child's room too as once raised, it leaves a lot of floor space for children to play. The additional bonus this has over a sofa bed is that all bedding, duvet and pillows all remain on the bed when it is raised and a strap is supplied to hold the mattress and bedding to the bottom of the bed (we do however put the pillows on the top though once the bed is raised as they are a bit bulky and the bed wasn't quite 100% vertical). We have then fixed a curtain rail to the ceiling and hung a sheer curtain in front the bed when it is up, which has saved the expense of fitting a cabinet around it and even though I say so myself, it looks great.

Beds great but
Finally got round to installing this bed but the instructions were sorry to say horrendous! There needs to be better photos and they pop in plastic clips to hold in the slats are so cheap they flop to the left or right as you try it push them in! But once build it’s very structurally safe.

A great investment for those in need of floor space
This bed has essentially given me an additional room in my home. I live in a small two bedroom flat, with the second bedroom having just enough room for a double bed and small walkway, used for guest visits. Whilst the space in that room used to be a write off 95% of the time, it's now a useful space, and I no longer have to leave my clean clothes out on the airer in the kitchen! When folded down, it's a perfectly sturdy, functional and comfortable bed. I haven't received a single complaint of creaking from any guests, which can sometimes be an issue with metal bed frames. When folded up, the bed has maybe a 30cm deep footprint, which just gives me so much space in my guest room. Whilst the bed certainly isn't a decorative piece, it's also not a massive eyesore when it's tucked up to the wall. Moving the bed between these two states is relatively effortless thanks to the gas pistons.Whilst this frame is definitely on the pricier end of the spectrum when it comes to bed frames, it's honestly one of the best value investments I have made in my home just because of the extra space it's given me.Read the instructions thoroughly and check the orientation of parts before attaching them together, because there was at least one instance where I had put something on upside down. Also, assembly is definitely a two person job. I assembled it by myself, and it was definitely a stretch at times! Despite the difficulty, I still had everything together within a couple of hours. One of the complications you will come across is how to secure it to the floor and/or wall. If the floor isn't possible, then it will need to attach to the wall. I would recommend some big 8mm bolts into 12mm wall plugs, because there is some serious force behind the pistons in this frame! Skirting boards will likely be a pain here, because the top holes will need some kind of spacer, it would be great if Wallbedking could come up with some kind of solution for this, but not easy because every skirting board is different! All in all, I am really pleased with my purchase, and would definitely buy another Wallbedking bed in future.

A bit tricky to assemble and I actually had to contact the company to assist me.
Once correctly assembled, has to be securely to both wall and floor, the bed works extremely well. It easily raises up and down and serves the purpose of creating space where needed.
