Q: Is there a hole in the middle so I can switch the electric on and off

I bought this as a present,so i didn't apply it myself,but i think you stick on the girl and balloon seperately. If not it definately has a hole as my friend can use her light switch. Ir looks really good and a great quality.

Q: could these be removed after applying? i live in rented accommodation so I would need to remove at one point

Hi yes these type of stickers can be removed quite easily,I have replaced different ones in my house when I have spotted a new one that I like better and I have never had a problem removing them hope this helps
