Very comfortable and lightweight
Purchased for my Mother who had a mastectomy and is unable to tolerate a heavy prosthesis. She has severe scoliosis and carrying the weight of her single standard prosthesis was painful to wear as it made her stoop and lean to one side. She is thrilled with the lightness of this product and feels that it “evens her out”!I will probably order a size down when she is fitted for her new mastectomy bra next time. The product does run a bit large.

True to size
Gave them away because they did not fit but the material and texture is nice

Lightweight but a bit challenging to insert into bra
My mom is a breast cancer survivor and elected not to have reconstruction surgery due to her age. Still wanting to have the option to have the appearance of breasts, I purchased these for her and they are perfect. Nice and lightweight. The only downside is the struggle to insert the forms into the post mastectomy bras. That said, once in place, they solved the 'issue' my mother had and she smiled. That was worth the hassle!

Lightweight
I got these for my Mom who had a double mastectomy years ago. The ones she had were very expensive and heavy.

Not light, not soft
These were for insertion due to mastectomy. The item says cotton breast forms but is made of hard foam rubber-like material. returned!!

Disappointed
I bought these forms because I am a bilateral mastectomy with no implants and have a daughter getting married soon. It is extremely difficult to find a formal dress that looks decent without a little something up top. I wanted something lightweight as I do not tolerate heat and the wedding is in July. The silicone would be added weight and not very cooling. My first thought when I tried them was they were unnatural looking, a little too perky and hard. Just not the look for me. Guess I'll keep looking!

Suggestion to go up a cup size - not necessarily
It is a bit on the firm, not real side.
