Sperry Doesn’t Stand Behind Their Shoes
I’ve worn Sperry Top-Siders for at least 55 years. I love this shoe. However, the current pair had a leather inside sole which became detached immediately. Sperry’s response? Take them to a cobbler and we’ll cover up to $25. On a new shoe?? Very disappointed. I’ve never known Sperry not to stand behind their products. Is the company under new ownership? Or just poorly managed?
