Ice packs
My partner has a problem with his elbow it’s come up like a tennis ball. The doctor suggested putting cold compress on it so I bought these in the hopes that it was gonna help the situation but absolutely fabulous good quality for money and did exactly what they were supposed to do in fact, I thought there was a bit too cold. Lol definitely worth the money and I would definitely buy from the seller again.

No better than putting your knee under a cold tap of water
No better than putting your knee under a cold tap of water. I tried both methods - the pack is no colder than water that comes out of your cold tap. The pack never gets that cold and quickly warms up. Might okay for first aid, or an insect bite in an emergency, but its not ice cold and is not good enough if you have sports injury
