TrickleStar TS1104 7 Outlet APS, 1080 Joules, 3 ft Cord White

This smart strip works perfectly for my setup (computer as control and four peripheral devices). I've been using several TS1006 models for more extensive configurations and this smaller version works just as well.

This was an excellent & inexpensive solution for powering on and off all my audiovisual equipment from one unit. I have 4 power amplifiers connected to one audiovisual receiver (AVR). Previously, I had to turn on and off each unit individually, especially when they all do not have a 12v triggering option. With this smart power strip, I only need to use one AVR remote button to power up or down the whole system. I’m happy!

This product has seven outlets. Two are always-on. One is the control linked to four other outlets. When the device plugged into the control is powered, the devices in the other four outlets receive power. Otherwise, they do not.I use these for computers.The control is my computer. The four outlets have two monitors, a printer, and USB HUB. When the computer is powered off, everything else loses power so no phantom power. :) You will have to enter the BIOS and set the computer for full shutdown and to not allow USB to passthrough power or shutdown will only be low-power/sleep-power mode.I own four of these and use them in various rooms in the house. From my living room to my office, right down to my bedroom, these things work well.The reason why I do not give these a five-star is due to the endpoint. Many devices enter low-power/sleep-state mode when turned off. The control has to be a device that can be completely turned off in order to cut power to the four outlets that follow it.

I have a home built music studio in my room and as one can imagine, I have all kinds of stuff plugged into it. This product is amazing and it gives a cool, professional effect when I get artists in. I have my TV as the control outlet and all I have to do is turn on my TV and everything else comes to life! I am always getting compliments on my studio and the design of it as a whole! It’s extremely useful to not have your stuff running constantly and when running it supply’s plenty of power to all my hardware! Great value for your buck!

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Just be certain, by reading the instructions, to make the appropriate adjustments that meet your needs. Will probably buy a few more.

Works very well with our TV and our Roku - Streaming Stick 4K.
